PENNE ALL’AMATRICIANA KIT

Description

Penne all’ Amatriciana is a classic recipe of the Italian kitchen from the town of Amitrice in central Italy. The dish is famous for using Italian cured pork, bringing a tremendous amount of flavour to the dish.

This kit will serve a family of 4 for 2 meals.

Included in the kit is:

• 1 x 2.55kg tin of Greci Casalinga Tomatoes – A large tin of ready made pasta sauce with olive oil, lightly flavoured with basil.
• 1 x 1kg bag of De Cecco Penne
• 1 Piece of Franchi Smoked Pancetta – Minimum 250g
• 1 x 200g Pot of Pecorino Romano Cheese – With it’s hard texture and sharp & salty flavour, Pecorino Romano is an excellent cheese to grate over pasta dishes.
