SPAGHETTI CARBONARA KIT

Description

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome made with egg, pecorino cheese, cured pork, and black pepper. The dish arrived at its modern form, with its current name, in the middle of the 20th century.

This kit will serve a family of 4 for 2 meals.

Included in the kit is:

• 1 x 1kg bag of De Cecco Spaghetti
• 1 Piece of Borgo Dora Guanciale – Cured pig cheek, the authentic Italian ingredient for this dish. Minimum 300g.
• 1 x 200g Pot of Pecorino Romano Cheese – With it’s hard texture and sharp & salty flavour, Pecorino Romano is an excellent cheese to grate over pasta dishes.
